Short Biography

Susan has 15 years’ experience in hydrogeology and water resources, gained in the UK and overseas. She has a degree in natural sciences and a Master’s in hydrogeology. Susan has
particular experience in groundwater abstraction, management and monitoring, and is an experienced groundwater modeller.

Additionally, she has experience of working on contaminated brownfield sites and the development of contaminant transport models and remediation targets, as well as experience in the waste management sector. She has also undertaken environmental impact assessments and has experience of working with sensitive water environments, particularly peat bogs.

Since joining JBA in 2004 she has led a range of groundwater projects and undertaken hydrogeological technical reviews on work undertaken by other consultancies. She has also managed a number of JBA multidisciplinary environmental and flooding projects.
