Short Biography
Katherine has 8 years’ experience of landscape architecture and environmental consultancy in the areas of landscape restoration, wetland creation and restoration, woodland design and management, regeneration, Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) and landscape research.
Joining Maslen Environmental in 1997 Katherine took a career break in 2004 following the birth of her second child and rejoined the company in 2006. Katherine has managed a range of landscape projects and has provided external funding and project management support to multi-agency partners on major flood risk management and landscape reclamation schemes. She has excellent communication skills, which have been employed in the preparation of Environmental Statements, Proofs of Evidence, project publicity material, award submissions and funding applications.
