Travelling to Saltaire and Salts Mill

 

  • » Saltaire is 4 miles north of Bradford, about 20 minutes from the M606 and the M62 motorway. Follow the brown tourist information signs to ‘Salts Mill’ from the M62/M606. Note that if you follow you SatNav to our postcode you will be close to the office but most likely unable to park.
  • » There is a large free public car park about 350m east of our office, accessed via Victoria Street off the A657 Saltaire Road and Salts Mill Road from Shipley.
  • » Alternatively there is a pay and display car park in the village of Saltaire. Limited short stay parking may be available on Victoria Road. » There is a reserved area for disabled parking close to the Mill. If you are disabled and driving alone, please phone first for access directions.
  • » Saltaire railway is located on Victoria Road and is directly opposite Salts Mill. It takes 15 minutes to Leeds or Bradford. Regular services run from Bradford and Leeds via Shipley.
  • » The nearest airport is Leeds/Bradford airport - 8 miles away.
